AnaPlexus reads every scanned letter, bill, notice and court paper in a folder, works out what each one is and what it asks of you, and warns you before a deadline instead of after it. Your documents never leave your computer.
Free to install. Reading documents uses your own Anthropic API key — about a cent a page.
What it does for you
Tells you what matters
Foreclosure, tax sale, shut-off, summons, eviction: anything that can cost you property, money or your day in court goes to the top as Critical, with what happens if you ignore it.
Never misses a date
Court dates and deadlines go on a calendar (and into Google Calendar if you like), with reminders by email or text at 14, 7, 3 and 1 days.
Watches your mortgage
An escrow analysis arrives, or the monthly payment goes up — you hear about it the day it is scanned, with the old and new payment side by side.
Find anything, ask anything
Search every word of every document, or ask a plain question — “how much do I need to cure the default?” — and get an answer that cites the page.
Pays with BillIQ
Bills flow to BillIQ to be approved and paid by cheque; what you pay there comes back and closes the bill here.
Your filing cabinet, organised by itself
- Renames files to something you can read —
2026-10-05 PSE&G bill $212.47.pdf— only when you say so, and undoes it if you change your mind. - Spots duplicate copies and the newer bill that replaces an older one.
- Cheques made out to you are flagged until they are deposited.
- Light, dark, sepia and high-contrast themes; works on a phone.
How it works
- Install AnaPlexus on the computer that holds your documents — Windows installer or Linux package.
- Point it at your folder of scans and add your Anthropic API key. It reads what is there and then each new document as it arrives.
- Use it at home in the AnaPlexus window, or from any phone or computer on your network:
the program serves its own secure web client at
https://<that computer>:8713. Nothing else to install or sign up for. - Optional, away from home: put the computer on your private Tailscale network, create an account here, and open the console from anywhere on it.
Private by design — not by promise
This website does
- Hold your account, so you can sign in from any browser.
- Keep your server's address and sign-in sealed on your device — encrypted before it is sent, with a key this site never receives.
- Serve the console that talks to your own computer.
It never
- Holds or relays a single document. The console talks straight to your machine.
- Learns your password — this site's or your server's.
- Decides who may see what. Your own computer does, on every request.
A breach of this site would expose email addresses and unreadable blobs — not a single foreclosure notice, court filing or bank statement.
